     This quote by  John D. Rockefeller  has been applied by  Public Education administrators  and unionized teachers.  How  can you choose better satisfaction  without Comparison?  Why compare  “Free” education  to expensive tuition  and private schools?
     Athletic competitions  and  NASCAR Races  reveal differences  in strength,  skill,  and teamwork.  Better performance is observed  and rewarded  by screaming crowds,  championship prizes  and international adulation!  Professional sports announcers  eagerly compare the skill,  strength,  and statistics of  Base,  Foot,  and  Golf  Bawlers.
     Dale Earnhardt,  Magic Johnson,  Joe Namath  and Fred Marriot  are household heroes.  We learned about their excellence  when they competed  to display their abilities.  Thousands of  screaming fans  scalped tickets and paid dearly  to watch their personal hero  score points  and slaughter the competition  in modern gladiator contests.
     Cocke County publicity  has spurred the propagation of  pubertic emulation  in  Public Schools.  Al Gore Jr.  embraced the extant undulation!  Obstreporous children  raptly replicate cherubic chicanery  to ascend from their nonagePublic pedagogy  promotes primitive pugilism  when Parental Probity  has been proscribed.  Raucous repertoire is replicated  when reprieved from reproof  or rattan.  Constabulary consistency  constrains  refractory contumacy  in  rural venues  and asylums of  “Higher” yearning.

     The right  to  pursue happiness  is the right to choose the best available means of  learning and thinking.  Government control of  education  is enforced control of  development of  reasoning— and the content of  belief.  Various totalitarian governments have enforced censorship  and indoctrination of  children.  Equality of  inherited advantages  and family favoritism  should be  promoted by  taking children from their parents  to raise them in government institutions,  wrote  the philosopher  Plato.  Adolf Hitler  and  Joseph Stalin  adopted this plan—  to alienate family cultural adhesion  and inculcate allegiance to the Fatherland!  Patriotism is endorsed in public school classes  by daily  Pledge of  Allegiance  “to  one Nation,  Under God.
     Why  are  Parents  satisfied by  sedentary,  senseless  schooling  of  eager children?  Promulgators of  pedantic probity  proscribe pleasure  from the process of  Book learning.  Why  do  parents  allow the  “Pied Pipers”  of  Public Edification  to  trounce  truants  down the river?  Remorseless betrayal of  Roxy,  by  her son,  is reconstructed into  benevolent bamboozlement.  Sententious  certified sentinels of  sepulchral scholastics  eschew bamboo  and home schooling  to emulate incarceration.
     Racing  “Rubber Ducks”  represent  “Competition.”  Regimentation and uniformity  have been legislated  to create  Equality” of  comprehension.  This has constrained  Quality  of  conception  to conscripted congregations of  cretins.  This doable standard  should be consistent,  to emphasize the advantages of  comparing  competitive achievement,  and nurturing the most proficient brokers of  pubic education!
     When Tuition is collected  at the Schoolhouse Door,  every parent  becomes an avid enthusiast  to critique the  Purveyors of  Quality Education.  The  “Official” umpires  will have a highly motivated board of  review  that will not brook  stodgy bureaucratic and bookish  procedures.  Parents can Arr-ange brisk,  condign dismissal by Democracyenervating fatuous faculty,  for Price gouging,  public indoctrination,  and political perversity.  Heuristic insight  just knocks lackadaisical alma maters  from nurturing off public qualms;  and realizes sudden tendencies to underwrite very worthy eXtenstion of  young Zeitgeist,”  (to prepare children  for adult competence).

     Sovereignty of  “The People”  is the right to think,  to choose,  and the right to teach one’s children  a lesson.  Plato’s intellectual progeny— John Dewey and the  “Education Czar”  of  delegated despotism  promote  “Pragmatism”  and promulgate certified curriculums.  Pursuit of  happiness,  property ownership,  and choice of  representation  is  intellectual farce  when  Representatives  enforce control  of  inchoate minds  and development of  reasoning.  Primitive Witch Doctors  professed to be the incarnation of  “Divine Will.”  Public education administrators  proscribe parental professing  to precocious progeny,  and prosecute profane protesters.
     DisEstablishmentarianism  separated  Supremacy of  the Faith,  from  Sovereignty of  England.  The United States Constitution  repudiated the combination of  Church and State.  “Free”  Public Education  has masqueraded as the essential government “Service.”  Tax funding of  Public Schools,  teacher certification,  regulation of  private and home schooling,  and mandatory attendance statutes  promote  Antidisestablishmentarianism  and enforce government control of  belief.  Conscripted public indoctrination  and  “Higher” education  consistently constrain alert children.  Promoting patriotic equality of  intellect  produces imbecility.
     The face of  the landscape  is being changed  on Beaver Ridge,  which faces  Wal-Mart  on Clinton Highway.  The Nickle brothers would not recognize the valley  near the Airplane Filling Station.  Claiborne Hauling Contractors  are the most conspicuous  doodlebugs”  which carry rocks to the Expo Center  on Merchant Road,  and bring dirt to cover the tabula rasa.  Claiborne trucks are decorated like wagons in the circus parade  to attract attention.  I went to see the procession at the hill,  reminiscing about the circus parade to  the  “City of  the newly wed and nearly dead”  when Gunther Gebel Williams was chief animal trainer for Ringling Brothers,  Barnum and Bailey  Combined Shows!
     The worker who was busy sweeping dirt and rocks  off of  the trucks  told me that there were twentyfour trucks  that Saturday.  He carefully pushed rocks into the trucks  which stuck over the top,  and swept the loose dirt from the back and sides  to prevent it from falling on the road  or damaging other vehicles.  I was told that these heavy trucks damaged the pavement in front of  Lonnie Harris’ Nursery.  I ate breakfast at Hardee’s  and saw a rotary sweeping machine  cleaning the road.  The trucking company had repaired the pavement  three times  that week.  Some people say  “I can’t complain,”  when I ask if things are going well.  I try to stay in practice.  Just in case.  But the Claiborne trucking company  makes it difficult for me  to find fault.  And I looked thoroughly.

     The entire structure of  knowledge is gained by comparison.  Awareness  of  similarity and difference  is the most basic process of  developing survival skills.  Parents nurture the physical development of  babies.  Proficiency of  survival  is the most intimate and important influence  to impart to progeny.  Plato’s public school proposal  attacks the primary structure of  human propagation.  Calves are weaned from the mother—  to milk the cow.  The milk of  human kindness is extracted to fund public schools.  Public school officials proclaim:  Parents are not qualified to influence the maturation of  their own children.  Parents are the product of  public schools  and the promise of  enhanced proficiency.  Yet,  these graduates are repudiated  as incompetent to influence their children,  or to choose schools and teachers.
     Poverty  was the justification for  “Free”  Public Schools.  Poverty  is inflicted by taxation,  in a shell game  of  federal and state government grants,  to conceal the source of  funding  for futile  fundamental education.  Profligacy of  appropriations for public schools  has wasted the productivity of  citizens  to gather multitudes of  unsupervised strangers  in enormous schools.  Impersonal regimentation has resulted in penitentiary gang culture  and additional costs for  Resource Officers.
     Education is a process of  developing the ability to choose.  Milton Friedman was mortified  by the perversion of  proscribing choice  from curricula  or competing schools.  Educational vouchers  was his idea for returning choice to parents.  Reconstruction registration of  black voters was thwarted by poll taxes,  literacy tests,  and various other restrictions against voting choice.  Similar restrictions are inevitable  when  “Public Money”  is disbursed.  Certification of  teachers and schools  is the  modern day  literacy qualification for voting.  Goods and services which are withdrawn from voluntary exchange— Market competition,  are directed by government enforced delegates.  We enjoy the bliss of  imagining  the New Jerusalem,  which is directed by God’s will.  Dictatorships,  Angelic Deligates,  Education Czars,  and Prison Wardens  reveal the most likely result of  such  unified  Heavenly administration.  Mark Twain  wrote:  “Always be Good,  and you will be lonely.”  Heaven is imagined to be populated by virtuous  and congenial ascendants  from this cauldron of  defective and depraved children of  Ol’ Man Adam.  Humanity is either immaculated from Earthly emigrants,  or  virtuous jihad immigrants  repress this innovative proclivity.  Public Schools do not publicize  or compare advantages  to attract attendance.  Why is  “Free” education  so atrocious  that truancy enforcement  augments affordability?  Public Education is an inscrutable institution,  adopted by ignorant,  irascible voters  to indoctrinate their offspring.

H. Vanderbilt  explained how a client can show  appreciation.”  Polished political panderers  proclaim:  Bettor Baccalaureates!”  Lottery fundereducation— baccarat-to-basics  docent leaven it to chants.  Conscript casino consumers  to parlay  impulsive appropriations  with impunity.  Bitter angst  about atrophied,  evanescent  instruction— allays torrid antagonism  against Taxation fumbled  Putrid Education.
     Prohibit  perverse pay raises!  Emancipate educators  from addiction  to incremental emolumens!  Emaciation of  Public Edification appropriations  can Instigate the Exodus of  talented teachers  from banal bureaucratic bondage.  Emollient  for the arduous transition to private schools  is Parsimony of  public education appropriations.  Avoid intervention by institutionalized analists.  Allocate educational vouchers  to abbreviate the interim,  and orient the exalting itinerary  from the abyss— to acclaim and approbation!
     The promised land of  laudatory,  comprehensive,  comprehension enhancement  is achievable.  Unleash the ebullient  evangelists of  literacy,  literature  and accountability!  For  scores of  yearning years,  we have indulged  the indignant:  against alleged  indigent appropriations.  Innovators,  panderers,  and proscribing proselytizers  have pronouncedly  and profoundly perverted  phonetic  promotion of  reading.  Wholly phony  “whole word,”  or  “look-say”  methods of  sycophantic sociopaths  have vitiated  pronouncedly successful  sylabuses  of  syllabicating  enunciation!  Syntactic synthesis  of  syllogisms  and sentient sentiments  are slurred  by slobbering students.
