Abolish  the  U.S.-eless  SENATE?

Czechs  and Ballots:  How did the original plan— to elect  United States Senators,  change— from representation of  State Legislatures;  to Popular Vote?       Limited Government  was the plan— “spelled out”  in the United States Constitution,  when Sovereign States  declared Independence  from domination by  King George.  Military abuse  and Taxation  provoked the American Revolution  against British Rule.      Independent States  united— for common defense  against British domination.  Central government  was limited to  Powers:  delegated by Independent,  sovereign states.  National Defense  was to be funded by Taxation.  States would be taxed  in proportion to population.  This is why the provision for a census,  every ten years,  was specified in the Constitution.  Taxation of  Imports  from other countries  (Tariffs),  was delegated by the states— to pay the existing debts of  States,  as a bribe  to encourage ratification of the proposed Constitution.      Three Branches of  government  were created  to stabilize the enforced policies,  and restrict  destructive legislation  due to conflicts of  political movements.  John C. Calhoun  was very outspoken  when he urged  Nullification  of  “Tariffs of  Abomination,”  by  secession from the Union of  Sovereign States.      Congressmen  were elected by direct votes  of  citizens in each state.  This Democratic representation  in the United States Congress,  was directly proportional to population of  each state—  counted by the Federal Census.  The British  House of  Commons  is similar to the United States Congress,  with respect to  proportional  Democratic representation.      The United States Senate  is similar to the British  House of  Lords.  The United States of  America  was United  as  a Republic,  not a Democracy.  The United States Senate  is the clearest distinction— to identify this:  Original Intent.  Thomas Jefferson,  Andrew Jackson,  and many others,  have lamented this choice of  Indirect Representation— instead of  Jean Jacques Rousseau’s  Idealized  Social Contract.      The British  House of  Lords  was imitated  in the American  Constitutional Government,  as a means of  representing  Property Owners.  Government by Aristocrats could have easily been accomplished by annointing  George Washington,  as King.  The  Sovereign States  United— to revolt against the Royal Tryanny;  not  to re-create it!  The Declaration of  Independence  was inspired by John Locke.  Many muddle headed intellectualizers  are cretinized  by the distinction between the  unlimited Democracy  of  Rousseau’s  Social Contract,  and the elucidation of— Individual Rights:  by John Locke.  It is my understanding  that the United States Senate  was an attempt to represent  the Rights of  Property Owners.  Perhaps the authors of  the Constitution,  and those who agreed to ratify this  structure of  American Government  were negligent— when they did not— Spell-Out  in language,  easily understood by Imbeciles;  their attempt to  Defend  Individual Rights.      The power of  the Federal Government  was limited by  Delegation of  Specific Powers,  in the  Constitution— which United the Sovereign States.  The power of  the Democratic Majority  was limited by  Delegation of  State Senators.  Each State was equally represented,  and the enduring stability of  each state legislature  was an additional means of  limiting abrupt policy changes  when majority control of Congress,  or President  was changed by an election.      The goal  of  those who created,  and ratified the American Federal Government— was to achieve the Freedom  to live— as Human Beings:  by Individual Choice,  and voluntary agreements.  The government was created as a means to achieve:  Civilized relations,  instead of  brutal conflict  and subjugation  of  less vicious citizens.  Electoral College  system of  electing the President:  Chief Executive,  was adopted,  as a  Means  of  resolving disputes:  of  democratic majority elections,  by debate and consensus.  Presidential elections  have aroused  hysterical protests,  by those who promote Democratic tyranny,  and believe that  the Minority proportion of  citizens  have unjustly evaded  their righteous domination.  If the American system of  government  was intended to be a  Democratic tyranny,  this goal was realized  during the slaughter  of  the Un-Civilized  War of  Northern Aggression!  Procrastinating promoters of  Democratic majority mayhem  re-enacted the  French Revolution— on Americans Soiled.      What brought about  the change  from:  delegated State representation,  to our present:  Popular Vote— election of  United States Senators?  Professor  Dan Feller,  the most knowledgeable scholar  of  Andrew Jackson,  presented a dramatic lecture  about  President Jackson’s battle  with the U.S. Senate,  at the O’connor  Senior Center.  Metro Pulse  features an interview  with Jack Neely.  Dr. Feller’s  excellent account of  Andrew Jackson’s  determination— to prevail over the recalcitrant Senate:  the deliberate  “Check,”  on pervasive democratic perversity,  suggests that  this conflict  aroused public sentiment  to demand more direct  voter control of  U.S. Senators.      If  Citizens prefer  democratic votes  to have more control of  our  Federal Government,  why not  Abolish the  U.S.-eless  SENATE?  Lettuce indulge  all the cabbage cabesos,  and be consistent with  Majority power,  election of  Congressmen and Ladies.  Citizens in California  elect several more Congressmen,  than citizens of  Rhode Island,  North Dakota,  or  Wyoming.  But  the greater numbers of  citizens  in more populous states  are denied the power of  representation  in the  U.S. Senate,  that they demand  in Presidential elections!      Storm  the Bastille:  Abolish the  U.S.-eless  SENATE,  if you endorse—  Re-uniting  China  and Taiwan,  and  Government  controlled  by  Majority Votes.
