accurately complete tax returns which include the latest
derisions of the U.S. Tax Court and alternative minimum tacks.

and condemn Sales Tax as Un-Fair. Opposite policy
FAT TAX
is endorsed by a National Tax Fairness organization. This is contradictory.

definition of a word - removed from logical order.
"You Like It" is the primary meaning of "FAIR".
This individual approval is applied through majority

are stranded on a train by a blizzard and snowdrifts.
They are starving after a day or two, and choose to
apply the "FAIR", democratic process of voting to
elect a citizen to provide for the public welfare (lunch).
The first nominee protested that he was not qualified
as well as a more corpulent passenger. The encomium
and honor of sacrificing for society did not placate him. The Oxford English Dictionry edition of 1928 has
many pages of definitions and usage examples of FAIR.
Original definition was: a gathering of people to trade.
Items traded and terms offered to trade were attractive,
wihout blemish, appealing to the choices for exchange.
Appraisal and Approval of a "Fair" offer to Trade
was named for the voluntary social relations of the FAIR. Fair Robbery is an "Offer You Can't Refuse". This is
the same contradiction as Fair Taxation. Robbers and
Tax Collectors do not say "Please?" to ask for approval.
This courtesy is an attempt to avoid physical conflict with
contumacious "contributors". "FAIR Tax" is not defined,
or included as a use of the word FAIR (in
dictionaries)
despite the history of taxation preceding Caesar Augustus
and his Tax Decree
(King James Bible, Luke 2).

states: "There isn't any standard definition of fairness".

Definitions: The essential characteristic makes possible the
other characteristics of the concept, and is the fundamental:
defining characteristic. There are invalid concepts which are
attempts to integrate errors or contradictions, or words which
can mean anything to anyone. Justice is the concept which
applies to the choice of personal approval for enforced Taxation.
Justice is the relation of cause-effect which protects the person
who created a valuable, and ownership-effect to control that.
Income Tax is expropriated by "Or-Else" - threat of force.
Sales Tax is an enforced condition of sale: a "service fee" added
to the price of goods offered in the "FAIR". Buyers may agree
to pay the "service fee" of sales tax, or abstain from purchases.
